This is just one moment, one story, but it’s why we need to talk about it.

This is not a brag (or shaming others) It’s to say This is not a brag (or shaming others)
It’s to say this: I worked hard and this is the result I got Alhumdulillah & It is possible for you too.

I know parents don’t want "one more thing to work on."
But this one is worth it.
We already believe in effort,
for soccer, art, math, discipline.

This is no different.
Calm is built through practice & duas.
This is possible for you too.

By the way I asked my other kids and they said a long time ago. Alhumdullilah. I WANT YOUR CHILDREN TO SAY THE SAME!

If you want to learn how, DM me. I do online and in-person workshops and 1-1 consultations.

And we all (including kids) yell once in a blue moon (because we are human not angels)
but regular yelling happens in almost every home.

It’s so normal, we barely talk about it.

If you’re yelling regularly, it just means you haven’t learned the skills yet and that’s okay.

You can learn it now and model it to your kids InshaAllah.

Comment “WORKSHOP” to join the Stop Yelling Workshop tomorrow Dec 18th,2025 and start learning tools that actually work. If you missed it, don't worry. DM me for 1:1 sessions or to find out about the next workshop.
